Chief Logan Reservation Staff Alumni Association, Inc. is dedicated to providing our online users with the confidentiality you expect from a respectable organization. Our commitment to every person who trusts us with their personal information, to maintain tight security and never share or resell information. Who we are

The Chief Logan Reservation Staff Alumni Association site is an information/members site on the World Wide Web. The site is owned and operated by Chief Logan Reservation Staff Alumni Association, based in Chillicothe, Ohio. As a Non-Profit Organization (Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and registered as such in the State Of Ohio) we are officially an active incorporated organization. The Alumni Association was organized with two primary goals in mind. One, to reunite CLR staff members in fun and fellowship and to show our united support, interest in, and dedication to the future of Chief Logan Reservation. Secondly, and more importantly is the management of the Richard Harmer Trust Fund, which was created in honor of Dr. Harmer, to provide funds to those scouts who might not have the resources to attend a week of camp at Chief Logan Reservation, and to help with capital improvement projects indicative to the maintenance of the camp. Our online presence is solely to promote, inform, and notify members, future members and CLR Staff Alumni about our organization and the activities of it's Board Of Directors and Trustees.

What information we know about you and how we use it

Although we may collect certain information from you as discussed below, please be reassured in knowing the following:

Your information is logged once and we only refer to your email address when sending the newsletter you opted to receive.

Our system automatically collects information about the areas visitors frequent on our Web site. We use these traffic logs to determine trends on our website, usage statistics, and error problems. Furthermore the logs are used to track where each visitor came from, and what syntax of events brought you to our site. IP Addresses: An IP address identifies the location of a node on a network. The internet is just a huge network so everyone that is holding an active connection has a unique IP address. Our server logs your IP address during your visit, and your IP address is logged in our database when you submit any information across our website. These addresses are never used to identify you as a user, or ever recalled again for that matter. However, we can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our rules or terms of service or to protect our service, site, users or others.

Computer Information: We query your computer automatically for information about the computer or operating system you are using such as the baud rate of your modem or error messages you may have received. We may do so in order to fit our services to your individual needs and to diagnose problems you may be having with our Web site. We do not log this information in any databases; all computer information is found only in the server logs.

Geographic Location: We may gather information about your geographical location by determining where your computer is located. We do this in order to provide either localized service or to provide faster service by sending your server localized content.

Security Information: The importance of security and privacy is a top priority for us. All of your data is handled only by authorized personnel and our database servers have a backup system to prevent loss of data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we will not be held liable should a third party illegally obtain your personal information during internet submission.

We encourage you to correct and update information related to your application or account. Upon your request, we will provide you with any unique identifying or personal information that we maintain about you and will make any appropriate changes you provide us. Web Site Information

This website was created in April 2004 to provide our members easy access to information about the activities of the CLRSAA. Commissioned by the 2004 Chief Logan Reservation Staff Alumni Association Board of Directors, this web site is a work in progress that will continue to grow over the years. The main purpose of the web site is to supplement, but not substitute, the membership privileges. Membership to the CLRSAA, is exclusive to former and present Staff members of Chief Logan Reservation. Tax deductible donations to the Richard Harmer Trust Fund, are accepted regardless of membership or relationship to CLR and CLRSAA.
